Overview

CI Capital Research is a leading MENA research house offering an exceptional product that boasts both international quality as well as local know-how. The team was hand-picked amid a restructuring venture in 2012 and is now unique for its exclusive make-up of highly ranked analysts.

The team cover approximately 90 stocks across 6 markets in the MENA region, equivalent to 36% of the respective markets’ market cap, as of December 2017, across financials, insurance, real estate, construction, materials, logistics, consumer and the healthcare sectors. This growth has been calculated, in a steady manner to ensure that our research ideas carry the necessary breadth and rigorous financial analysis.

We have been expanding, and continue to CI Capital Research also successfully launched in November 2017 sector-agnostic small & mid cap coverage in Egypt to strengthen idea generation, with a focus on identifying overlooked stocks for the firm’s retail and local institutional clients.

As a whole, the team targets coverage of 120 stocks across the MENA region by 2020, continuing its focus on providing quality investment ideas.

What we offer

CI Capital Research strives for its product to be insightful, financially rigorous, presentable and timely; these are all attributes that we find are heavily lacking in current MENA offerings. Our reports must always be objective, reflecting the informed view of analysts, which rely on a high level of experience, appropriate levels of independent investigation, and judgement. This enables us to identify topical themes and actionable investment opportunities and/or risks, and with a great level of confidence.
